ENTREGA
Products are shipped straight to your door via DPD, GLS, UPS, DHL or Post. Most orders take 3-4 business days to arrive after production. We offer shipping blinds up to 1950 mm in width to all destinations across EU at our economic flat shipping rate (Flat Shipping Rate - FSR) of € 21.90 + VAT (total of € 26.94 ) for one order shipment to one address.
If you require a blind wider than 1950 mm but max 2600 mm in width to be included in your order the shipping cost will be the same or slightly higher depending on the country of your residence.
For some distant territories and islands special extra rates apply. SEE TABLE
For blinds larger than 2600 mm we quote the shipping costs - please read in OVERSIZE BLINDS section.

DEVOLUCIONES
If the blind arrives defective, damaged or green even though you ordered black - we will take care of it for you and at no expense to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or you are having second thoughts about the color - no refunds or returns will be accepted or granted.
We can make a new blind at a discounted price but the mistake will have to be returned to the manufacturer before a decision to repair, replace or discount can be made.
When it comes to color selection you have the option of ordering samples before you order blinds so unless you receive a completely different color than what you ordered no refunds or returns will be accepted or granted.
Within moments of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This is your final chance to review what you have ordered and to make sure your measurements and color selection is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us immediately.
All of our blinds are manufactured by top window coverings factories in Poland. We offer a full 12 Month Factory Warranty for all of these products. (see installation restriction*)
Please, note that all ordered blinds are made to your specific measurements and cannot be returned to us for reasons other than Warranty repair or replacement.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm GMT will not be processed until the following Monday provided it is not a holiday. In addition we hold all orders for 6-24 hours to provide customers with an opportunity to think it over after receiving the order confirmation. Because your order is moved to production right after that we cannot accept cancellations after this happens.
CLAIMS
If an order arrives damaged and it is not the result of faulty craftsmanship or materials (blind dropped by freight company) you have 7-days to contact our office so a claim can be processed. This is the freight company's policy and so if you contact us after the 7-days have expired there we will not be able to do anything about it.
MONTANJE
If you are not comfortable installing your blinds please contact a professional in your area. Because if you install it improperly, damage the blind during installation, or hurt yourself for that matter ClickforBlinds are not responsible.
*If the blind is not installed properly or it is damaged in the process of installation the warranty is voided.
