When you purchase window blinds from us, we collect no payment information. All payment transactions are carried out by 3rd party companies like banks and other financial institutions. If for any reasons you do not trust the institutions we work with, please do not order with us. We only store your billing and shipping address. We use this information to process your order only. We do not share this information with any other companies or third parties.
Freight companies have access to your shipping address and phone number.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected
at our site, including membership forms or email lists.

Usiamo questi dati per verificare l’identità, creare o riconoscere l’account del negozio e consentire l’accesso. La base giuridica del trattamento necessario al servizio di account richiesto è l’art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Per eventuali trattamenti aggiuntivi basati sul consenso si applica l’art. 6(1)(a); puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento. L’accesso non costituisce consenso al marketing.
Non vendiamo questi dati né li usiamo per pubblicità. L’accesso è limitato al personale autorizzato e ai fornitori di hosting e manutenzione del negozio, per quanto necessario alle loro attività e con obblighi di riservatezza e protezione dei dati. Sono possibili comunicazioni imposte dalla legge. Il fornitore scelto tratta autenticazione e dati tecnici associati secondo la propria informativa, che descrive anche trasferimenti internazionali e garanzie.

Istruzioni per eliminare i dati Google e Facebook
Per eliminare i dati ricevuti da Google o Facebook, scollegare il servizio o cancellare l’account del negozio, scrivi a office@clickforblinds.com con oggetto “Privacy / cancellazione dati”. Indica e-mail dell’account, fornitore e oggetto della richiesta. Non inviare password. Possiamo chiedere informazioni necessarie a verificare l’identità. Rispondiamo senza ingiustificato ritardo, di norma entro un mese, spiegando eventuali obblighi di conservazione o proroghe consentite.
Puoi anche rimuovere il collegamento in collegamenti del tuo account Google o impostazioni Facebook: App e siti web. La revoca presso il fornitore interrompe i futuri accessi autorizzati, ma non cancella automaticamente l’account del negozio o i dati già conservati: usa la procedura sopra. Puoi esercitare gli altri diritti sui dati tramite la stessa e-mail.
