When you purchase window blinds from us, we collect no payment information. All payment transactions are carried out by 3rd party companies like banks and other financial institutions. If for any reasons you do not trust the institutions we work with, please do not order with us. We only store your billing and shipping address. We use this information to process your order only. We do not share this information with any other companies or third parties.
Freight companies have access to your shipping address and phone number.

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership forms or email lists.

The customer has the right to:

- receive a copy of the personal data being processed. For additional copies, reasonable compensation may be charged on the basis of administrative costs. In the case of an electronic request, the information is provided electronically when the request is not accompanied by the request to provide the information on paper;

- to obtain an improvement in incorrect personal data;

- complete incomplete personal data, eg by providing a supplementary statement;

- to delete personal data that apply to him. The personal data will be deleted when the law or other regulations require ClickforBlinds.com to do so;

- obtain a limitation of processing. The processing of personal data will be limited if the law or other regulations require ClickforBlinds.com to do so;

ClickforBlinds.com may take the necessary measures to check the identity of the customer who submits a request.

The customer also has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, in their country.

You may choose to sign in to our store using Google or Facebook (Meta). This is optional; you can also use a store account without connecting either service. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.

Depending on the provider, your settings and the permissions you grant, we receive your account identifier, first and last name, email address and, if available, profile picture. We do not request access to your messages, contacts, friends list or the ability to publish on your behalf.

We use these data to verify your identity, create or recognise your store account and enable sign-in. The basis for processing data necessary to provide the account service you request is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where additional processing relies on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies and you may withdraw that consent at any time. Authorising Google or Facebook sign-in does not constitute consent to marketing.

We do not sell data obtained through this sign-in or use them for advertising. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers supporting the hosting and maintenance of the store, as necessary for their tasks and subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. The selected sign-in provider processes the authentication and associated technical data under its own privacy policy, which also describes any international transfers and safeguards.

We retain sign-in data only while needed for the connected store account. When you request disconnection or account deletion, we delete data no longer needed for that purpose. Order or accounting records that must be kept by law, and data necessary for legal claims, may be retained for the applicable statutory period; this does not justify keeping unnecessary social sign-in data.

Google and Facebook data deletion instructions

To request deletion of data obtained from Google or Facebook, disconnection, or deletion of your store account, email office@clickforblinds.com with the subject “Privacy / data deletion”. Identify the store account email, the provider and what you want deleted. Do not send your password. We may request information necessary to verify your identity. We reply without undue delay, normally within one month, and explain any lawful retention or permitted extension of the response period.

You can also remove the store connection in your Google account connections or Facebook settings: Apps and websites. Removing permission at the provider stops future authorised access but does not itself delete the store account or records already held by us; use the request procedure above for that. You can exercise your other data protection rights using the same email address.
