Return and Refund

WITHDRAWAL FROM A CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER
  1. In accordance with: the Act dated. 2 March 2000. the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws No. 22, item. 271 dated March 31, 2000.) The customer may, within 10 days cancel the contract and receive a refund.
  2. LIMITATIONS (Chapter 2, Art. 10.1 Section 3, subsection 4)
    Chapter 2 Distance contracts.
    Section 3 Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right to withdraw from a distance contract the consumer does not apply when:
    Order has been made to the characteristics specified by the consumer, or closely associated with his person. All orders made and supplied by ClickforBlinds.com are made to the characteristics specified by consumer and can not be returned to supplier.

LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS OF GOODS AND FOR ITS COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT AS WELL AS COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
  1. Complaints concerning defects of the goods purchased must be reported to the Seller no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. All complaints are dealt with within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint goods by the Seller.
  3. If the Seller does not take a stand in relation to the complaint made by the Buyer within 14 business days from the receipt of complaint, it is assumed that the complaint is considered to be justified by the Seller.
  4. Before accepting the package from the courier, it shall be checked whether the packaging is not damaged. In particular, one shall pay attention to the status of tapes affixed to the package. If it is damaged or tapes are broken, the package shall not be accepted and the Recipient shall open it in the presence of courier and possibly make the damage report, as well as contact the Seller as soon as possible in order to resolve the matter.
  5. The consumer is not entitled to a refund, only in special cases previously agreed with the Seller refund may occur.
    In the case of payment by credit card refund will be made directly to the Customer's card.

THE LAW
  1. The information contained on the website of our online store – ClickforBlinds.com – do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, and are only an invitation to enter into an agreement (pursuant to Art. 71 of the Civil Code).
  2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the law are applicable, including the Civil Code.
